Pregnancy Art Group
The Art of Expecting: Create a variety of original artwork, bond with your unborn baby, form relationships with other expectant mothers, & express a wide array of emotions related to pregnancy and motherhood. Led by Susan Jacobsen ATR-BC, LPC. For more information (719) 322-4630. The cost is $100 for 5 weeks or $25 per session. Art materials included. |

This group is specifically designed for those who are pregnant following a loss of a baby.
Week One: I am pregnant again, now what?
Week Two: Staying present
Week Three: Mental Health Awareness
Week Four: Relationships
Week Five: Connecting with my Loss Child(ren)
Week Six: Connecting with my rainbow
Join Susan Jacobsen ATR-BC, LPC, founder of Henry’s Heart Art Therapy for this 6-week course in support of the unique journey of pregnancy after a loss. Experiencing a previous loss predisposes you to anxiety and fear in your next pregnancy, as well and increases the likelihood that you will develop a PMAD (Perinatal Mood Disorder). This group provides evidence-based information and support from a trained facilitator who has been there. Space is limited due to Covid-19. Must wear a mask if not vaccinated.

Infant Loss Group
Unexpecting : This groundbreaking group offers a creative, supportive environment in which to express this very unique type of grief. We use a variety of art materials to honor the loss of your infant. This group runs in 6 week intervals, meeting once a week. Contact Henry's Heart at (719) 322-4630 to sign up. Your loss need not be recent to attend. |
