Henry's Heart Art Therapy is a supportive, creative environment to explore the many emotions one confronts. 

Henry's Heart offers at creative, supportive environment (either group or individual) in which to express strong emotions through the use of art materials. You need not be an artist to participate. While my primary focus is on pregnancy and infant loss, I also work with individual with trauma issues. Additionally, I offer SoulCollage (R) workshops and groups.

 When I am not in the studio I enjoy hiking, yoga, volleyball and spending time with my husband, Jim and son, Jens. I also volunteer as the Clinical Director for the Southern Colorado Crisis Support Team doing debriefings and defusings for first responders. I serve on the executive board for Return to Zero: HOPE.  For more information about art therapy, you may go to www.arttherapy.org.
